Our Network Team will be implementing a final fix to resolve the issue this afternoon which will bring all services back online. If you are still experiencing issues after 1800 hrs please reboot your hardware. If this does not resolve the problem please contact our support team

Our Network Team have identified the issue and placed an interim solution in place which should allow affected customers to browse, although full speeds may not be possible. Our Network team are working through the full fix with the aim to have this in place by the end of the day.

We are still investigating connectivity and browsing issues being suffered by a number of customers. Our Network Team are currently reviewing the network logs to identify the issue.

We are continuing to investigate the connectivity problem and have raised an incident with our supplier and are awaiting a response. A number of the affected customers are now connected and we will continue to troubleshoot the remaining affected customers. Next update: Tomorrow (Saturday) @ 10:30am.
